    Wow is right

If every player and every parent took this approach, there would be a lot of great teams and happy kids and parents.

    Great Post...

How about a big TBR welcome to my brother.....

He is not one to talk it up, but I have a neice
that is looking forward to her first season of softball
with Coach Chandler at Reagan HS.

Talking with Coach Chandler a few weeks back,
    the feeling is mutual..

    Great thread...

chachacha! I know all of what you are speaking about firsthand and if you believe me ask Braves! My passion for coaching was completely obliterated after fiftenn succesful years by a couple of parents and a prniciapl and AD who were absolutely cluelsss and spineless! I miss the teaching and interactions with the young people on the courst and fields but it isn t worth it in your persnal life for it does afffect it! Sadly. If it were not for the the ignorance and the foolishness of others I would have never realized and found my continued purpose and goals for the future in which I am headed!:2thumbsup:

thats the same thing that happened to me. the school will go nameless, i dont have any hard feelings, my daughter is playing travel ball and this would be her first season as a middle school player, it was my intention to go with her all the way to h.s., now i just help out on her travel team and let them use my batting cage. although some of the girls from a local college come and use the pitching lanes or take batting practice on these cold days. its nice to sit on the other side of the fence after 15yrs, but i still get urge to coach again...scott
