    Bumgarner, anytime he wanted to.
    Messer, occasionally clocked in low 90s
    Runion, I think could get up there

    Forgot about Poovey. Saw him hit mid 90s as a junoir. Shame he didn't get to play much his senoir year.

    i do believe though the hardest is T. Ray and i dont believe he can break 80, if so rarely, but they should be tough anyway

    Messer
    McDaniels from EB(maybe not but he threw hard high 80's if not 90)
