Great win for the Lady Patriots last night.A great defensive effort and every one did a great job contributing to the win last night.

First off...I'm working on the pick'em standings, they should be posted sometime after lunch.

I thought last night's performance by McDowell was maybe their best showing of the season. I liked the overall intensity that I saw from the team. Ebonique had a big night all around leading in points (18) and rebounds (14). McDowell also did a much better job in limiting offensive rebounds. That has been a problem at times this year so I'm encouraged to see us improving in that aspect. And if nothing else, I think you can see some confidence coming back in the girls. Next friday night is going to be fun to watch down in Morganton and for the first time in a while, I think there's a lot riding on the Freedom/McDowell matchup.
