NW4A Post Season Schedule for McDowellHS?

Does anyone know yet what McDowell's POST season boys & girls basketball tournament will look like - with dates and times? I came down last year and I want to come down and watch some of the games again this year. Thanks much! Responses appreciated. If not known now, please post ASAP when tournament schedule becomes available. Big Dan knows who I am as we met last season during the tournament.

Good to hear from you Hoosier...the Northwestern 4A Tournament will be on the Week of Feb 18th. Opening round games will be on Monday/Tuesday at the higher seed. Semifinals and finals will be played later that week at Freedom High School.

The 4A State Sectionals begin the next week. We'll definintely keep you updated as we approach that timeframe.

    Hey Big Dan!

Thanks so much for your prompt response; really appreciated! I'll be checking periodically for your posts and McD schedule up-dates. I want to get down to see granddaughter Joanna lead a few cheers and at the same time see the Titan's and Lady Titans play. Take care. Hoosier

PS: As you likely know, Bethany and Michael are in school at Western Carolina but it's possible one or both could be home for a weekend during the tournament. I have another granddaughter, Ashley, in her senior year at Indiana University; she never misses their BB games where they're currently ranked 8th nationally. If you get a chance to see IU play, watch Eric Gordon, considered either 1st or 2nd best in the nation coming out of North Central high school here in Indianapolis. Really a nice modest kid, he most likely will enter the NBA draft next year as a lottery pick. Around here, we hope not.

As posted above, ACHS beat South Caldwell.

This was a very ugly game with ACHS pulling it out. Players were getting banged around all over the floor. This was a big win for the Cougars to be able to keep pace and fight for the conference championship as the second round of games start on Friday.

McDowell comes to Taylorsville on Friday which should be a good game

Also in his last 3 games, Ryan Hargrave has 89 points and 34 rebounds

Great win for the Titans. Titan defense shut down Hargrave.
