Talking about young. South Meck(Charlotte NC), has only 2 seniors on the roster. Both are pitchers only. But, hey. This team still needs to go out and compete! Who knows what might happen.

    Mt Tabor 3 9 innings

Good game played on the frozen tundra of Lambeau, I mean Ragsdale Field tonight. My brain is still too numb to come up with many details.

I didn't get there til the 6th inning. It was 0-0 then. Tabor scored three on a two out double and a wild pitch. Ragsdale scored two in the sixth on a walk, a single and three wild pitches. Tied it up in the seventh on a single by McBride, two walks and another wild pitch. Tigers had the bases loaded with no outs but couldn't get the winning run in.

Desean Anderson led off the ninth with a fly ball to right, RF made a run at it but off his glove for a triple? or a three base error. Kyle Brandenburg brought him home with a comebacker off the pitcher's glove.

Time to go thaw out my feet.

And I'll see your two seniors and raise you no seniors.

Ragsdale's top five team has ZERO seniors on the roster. All juniors and sophomores.

    Parkwood vs Ardrey Kell

Ardrey Kell shutout Parkwood today on the coldest day for baseball I can remember.

    Mooresville Wins

Mooresville beat Mallard Creek 9-2 on the coldest night of baseball that i can think of. To cold to keep stats though pitching looked outstanding.

    Olympic 7, Independence 2

Cory Roberts tossed a complete game three hitter, striking out 11 for the win. He also added a pair of hits, driving in the first run of the season.

Olympic's Brett Patrick was 2-3, double and 3 RBIs while Will Simpson had a pair of hits.

    Independence 2-3-4
    Olympic 7-8-4
