    Please send info to me as well.

    I know of 2 teams that are in dire need of 2008 grads. One team is looking for 7-8 players next year. The other is looking for 1-2 players. I spoke with both coaches over the weekend and they are serious about getting this taken care of asap.

    Good question East, why.....

    ...is one kid or another chosen or picked so to speak and then a player who appears to have all the "stuff" looked over? College coaches jobs are ultimately relying on their ability to recruit as well as coach. Very tough for we, as joe q. public, to find what these coaches are really looking for. .....OH BTW, you might want to get rid of the Tony LaRussa qoute hanging in the bottom of all of your posts. For what its worth, if you heard on You tube or Jim Rome show the drunken stupor of 'ol fast tony trying to say his ABC's, HE'S the one not prepared. What a smart coach on the field and a pure dumb ass everywhere else. PHHHHH, What drunk doesn't know that no letter comes after Z!

    Montreat is still looking for a quality 2008 outfielder if anyone is interested coantact Jennifer Cockrane, Asst. Coach as soon as possible. Good school, quality coaching, and close to all NC kids.

    how much does lack of baserunning speed hamper a potential recuit that has all other attributes?
