Can you play College SB without TB?

    Is TB experience necessary to play softball on the college level?

    There is just not enough sound competition to learn and grow at the HS level. Of course there are HS coaches that challenge players on a day to day but these coaches are definitly in the minority. TB, especially the 18u, every team you face is filled with "studs". Not only that but the players are over all more savy. Not playing at the highest level would be not preparing ones self to be competitive at the next level. I mean no direspect to any HS or player because ther are certainly exceptions to this. But the fact is that there are many young ladies that are starting, playing, that wouldn't play very much on a TB team. JMVHO

    College coaches don't have the time to view your kids during high school, because..............................they are playing also.....Guru

    Nope...

    Agree, cannot play without TB. You can, and many do, play without playing HS ball....
