    Classic Rock

Classic Rock always works at a baseball field...before the game and between innings. The players, however, usually select their "signature" songs for their trip to the plate. Of course each of their songs will be previewed before airing over the p.a. system!!!

Above all else...have fun with the music...and make sure the crowd is having fun too. There's nothing worse than making your fans mad by playing something offensive.

    OK?

are coaches OK with this? are they thinking more about the "song" than their at-bat concentration, or does the song actually help a player to relax thus relieve stress?

I personally like music in BP, durign a pitching change, and between innings but not before every AB.

Best entrance song is "Bodies" by Drowning Pool. No other song gets people attention like that song.

Another good entrance song that is pretty chill is "My life be like" by Grits

The "Boom" song is by P.O.D.

I have always been a fan of hard core music to walk out too.

Centerfield is always a classic. A great song from start to finish. When you hear the beginning of that song you immediately think baseball.

A couple of more good songs are Welcome to the Jungle and Thunderstruck. They always seem to get people pumped up and ready to play some ball.

I agree. There is nothing that will get my heart pumping more than Tiny Tim's "Tiptoe through the Tulips". I like the clean version better.

If it was left to me, give me a huge game on a Friday Night and my team comes out of the dugout at the end of 2001 Space Odyssey. Their feet will never touch the ground

    ye

agree; music every at-bat would be a bit too much.
