    Easr Surry wins again

    East Surry beat Surry Central Thursday night 10 to 0. Great pitching by Anna Mitchell and Haley Shelton..Plus Great hitting by all the girls!!! GREAT JOB LADY CARDINALS!!!!!! :N1yeeaah:

    Patton vs. freedom was canceled due to"weather" issues.I dont understand why when the coach at freedom offered to move the game to freedom and even offered to send a bus to go get them.I think Pattons ass. ad and ass. coach didnt want to play.

    ....is stacked with talent. No slander TBR if either Kelsey or Amanda are listed for one or another. These two kids in the east have rocked fastpitch since they were 9. What a great "reporting problem" to have! Two of the best players in the state. Add to them, Jessie Jones, Ashley Fowler, Katie Kisner, Jordan Alexander......oh my, I'm having a 40 and over mind lapse. I've left off a couple I'm sure. Sorry. Hey BB54, Step up to the plate for us at TBR! We need your info, detailed, as we would like to follow WJ and the kids to Walnut Creek 4A!

    After 2 rainouts, the Lady Eagles went across the swollen creek to face 3A Charlotte Country Day. Brittany Smith pitched a complete game shut out with 12k's & No. BB's. She was also 2-3 from the dish including a foul ball off the hood of a Range Rover (oops). Other hitters for GCS were Kelsey Burgess (2-3) with 2 RBI's and Mary Christopher (2-3). Gaston Christian's next game is 3/13 at 3A Hickory Grove in Charlotte.
