    What high schools are allowing their kids to wear metal cleats? Please list ,it would be curious to see how many are actually playing with metal cleats.

    Speaking ONLY for my daughter, But I guess North Iredell does because she has some(LOVES THEM!!!) and no one has said anything about it.

    East Burke has the option this year to wear them.

    I have not heard of a school that does not allow it, although there may be some.

    not sure of the percentage of girls wearing them, but enka is allowing them and today is their first game of the season, so should know who likes and dislikes them after today

    McDowell is wearing them.

    Providence is wearing them. Players were given an option. Majority of the players are wearing them. The kids are enjoying wearing them better than the molded cleats so far.

    in the Raleigh area...

    .... Garner High School, West Johnston, Fuquay and Broughton High Schools.
    I coach at Garner and all players are wearing metal. The others mentioned are mixed metal and molded. Middle Creek is totally molded cleats. I was told that their coach would not allow them to wear metal.
