    West Forsyth win tournament

    West Forsyth defeated Mt. Tabor 12-6 to win the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County tournament. David Morgan had a big night hitting a solo homerun, triple, walk, and hbp. Chris Sanders hit a 3 run hr and Garrison Lassiter had a grand slam in front of numerous scouts. He also was named the tournament MVP. Tyler Coyle threw 6 innings in front of the UNCC coaches. West received hits from J. Holt, Tyler Alberts, Jordan Griffin in the victory. Matt Batts took the loss. Game was 12-2 into the 7th when Tabor put a rally together off West's Nick Wise but two errors didn't help. West will play a good Alexander Central team on Monday and replay Mt. Tabor next Friday.

    Hobbs Johnson (2010) lefty tosses a complete game with 11 k's allowing only 1 hit.

    RMA: Kyle Alligood a double and single

    My good buddy "oldbbguy" was there scouting the talent. Blondes, Brunettes, Righties, Lefties the man can really find them.
