    Freedom bats are alive.... Great job Patience, Ashley Hasson keep up the good work, it will only make you better. The Freedom program has came a long way.

    North wins again!

    In a final update from Lexington, SC, the Lady Knights have prevailed once again.

    This is from an email update from myndsports.com...

    Congratulations to the Lady Knights on their third win in two days. North defeated Chester SC in the afternoon game 5-0 to improve to 4-0 on the season. North has outscored their opponents in the first four games 37-2. Which means the Lady's' are only giving up .5 runs per game, amazing!

    Kacie Suttles got the win and Carrie Webster got the save as Northwood defeated Cardinal Gibbons 4-2. Padgett Harrington was 2-3 for the Chargers.
    Northwood is now 3-0. They play Jordan Mathews on Monday, a double header with NCSSM on Tuesday and finish a busy week with Orange on Thursday.

    It was a good game played by two strong teams. Either team along with a couple of others could end up conf. champs when its over. As with most games with two strong pitchers it was mis-plays that scored the runs, I dont think that any of the three total runs were earned. Constance did a great job in the circle and I am a big fan of Kalie, she is an excelent pitcher and a great kid. Larry, you and your wife have alot to be proud of.

    For your information on the saturday that freedom and patton were scheduled to play i'm almost positive, no wait im positive that it was sleeting from about 9a.m. to 12p.m. and correct me if im wrong but the game was scheduled for 1p.m. so i guess if you really want to make a big deal out of a game that means absolutely nothing then by all means JC steele go ahead.
