OK I was told by scspartanfan on the WHS/SC blog that it was a no no, he said one hit went off the glove of Moore, but it had been scored a era. My bad for that bad info....

    Swain vs Smoky Mountain

Swain survives on a bad day to win 5-3.

    WP: Aaron Smiley

Swain gets it done despite only 3 hits, I believe. HBP and BB loads them up twice and 2 doubles gets in 5 runs. Talk about timely hits. Don't have all the details since I had a middle school track meet to attend. First baseball game that I have missed in 6 years, but worth it as I got to see my daughter win the 200M. The speed gene obviously skipped a child, sorry Josh. :scooter:

    CVAC Hibriten 10 Patton 8

The win keeps Hibriten undefeated in CVAC through 5 games. Their only loss coming from South. To me, this means great things for Post 29 this summer!!
    Congrats to:
    Reynolds - 3 hits 2 RBI's
    Copper - 3 hits
    Crump - HR
Thirteen Hibriten batters produced 9 hits and 9 runs in the bottom of the first which made the score 9 - 2 after one inning of play.
Crump got the start and Tuttle with the save.
