any thoughts on the observer's rankings?

 

has anyone seen west stanly play this year? i just know they 10 run ruled #15 north stanly and beat receiving votes mt pleasant 6-4.

 

They play Salisbury High coming up in a couple of days which should be a pretty good game. I have not seen them play and you can't take much from scrimmages, but East Rowan hammered them earlier this year in their first scrimmage. I wasn't there and was told second hand, so take it for what it is worth. They must be pretty good, but the Salisbury game will be a good measuring stick.

 

What are the Observer's rankings? We cancelled our subscription.

Tough week for AK next week as they play #3 Marvin Ridge and #14 Butler.

 

When the games are all played - the Sweet 16 will mean something.

Until then - I really dont know what it means.

Its like "Pre-Season All-Americans".

How can you be an All-American if you havent even played a game yet. LOL

Play the games. When its over - The Sweet 16 should be easy for all to see.

You are correct, but team wise it does give us something to argue/talk about in the meantime.

 

Trying to make sense of the fact East Rowan is unbeatened in the NPC and not ranked, but 3 other teams from the same conference is. What?

 

Although I am a Mooresville supporter i agree with you!!! How can you keep E.Rowan out?
