    Raiders fight hard but in the end seemed to be their own worst enemy
    with a couple of HUGE defensive lapses. . 3-3 tie broken open by LN in the 6th. Once again Heather Nellis pitched well enough to win and deserved a better fate. Good to see some hitters come to life, led by Elisha Clutter and Meredith Hill, with 2 hits each for the Raiders. Off the top of my head Kaci Williams, Kasey Talley, Emily riddle, Heather Nellis and Candace Lundsford also had hits. Easily the Raiders best hitting game of the year. Hope the bats have awakened finally.

    A great pitching duel. Both teams fought hard. MP's lead off batter
    C. Thomas hit a double in the third. K. Reynolds Sac Bunts and moves her to third base. A. Starnes hit a single / RBI to score Thomas for only run of the game.
    K. Reynolds / 8 SO's / 3 BB / allowed only 4 hits.
    GO TIGERS!!!
    Next game at Greystone Thursday 4/3 (if it doesn't rain us out)

    Sorry I wasn't there to see this one stickwolf. I always like to see these two go at it. My DD is one of the coaches at LKN. I haven't got to watch but one of her games this year. I'll try and catch you when you play at LKN. Maybe I can get some pictures and video.

    Met her tonight. poor gal says shes been "muted" on TBR because her dad is a mod.HAHA. I actually got to coach first tonight because of an illness to the HC and i had a BLAST. Enjoyed SO MUCH being part of the game again.

    And its funny its almost like its my team, because I'm wide awake thinking of missed opportunities that could have won this game. HAHA, Guess some things never change.
