    Halifax County High School (South Boston Virginia) lost varsity player, Tyler Hunt to a fatal car accident,Thursday, 4-3-08. Person County High School has just gotten the Comets back on their schedule this year and played them last Friday night.Please keep Tyler's family and friends in your prayers.

    The condolences of the Person Rocket Baseball family go out to this family. We just played them last week and thought this young man was not scheduled to play against us, we are touched by the fact that several of the Halifax and Person Players are friends.
