    OK people, we're at the midseason mark......so, lets post some standings and some predictions as to the possible outcome of your conference....come on, i stick my foot in my mouth every year, you can too.....it dont taste so bad, really:xyxthumbs:

    Three way dog fight in Meca 7 between Central Cabarrus, Hopewell and North Meck for conference title. All 3 teams have one conference loss, all to each other, so in essence a total 3 way deadlock right now. Big game this coming week will be Hopewell traveling to Central Cabarrus on Friday. North Meck still has to play Hopewell and Central Cabarrus one more time. Going to be interesting, and going to be a lot of fun. Been impressed with JM Robinson this year as well. I believe they have one to many losses already to seriously be considered a challenger for the conference title this season. Next year, they will be considered one of the favorites to win this conference. JM has a great chance to go deep into the 4A State Playoffs.

    This is a very tight conference. Harnett Central beat Southern Lee last night 2-1 in what I predict will be repeated in the conference championship.
    1 Harnett Central
    2 Southern Lee
    3 Triton
    4 South Johnson
    5 Western Harnett
    6 Grays Creek
    7 Union Pines
    8 Overhills

    Posted earlier in scores, since seeds should change this yr, my prediction is in 4a, last yrs 2 teams from west will not be in Raleigh. The road there takes a different route this season. The 2 dominate pitchers are now at next level. Will be interesting and fun. Good luck to all.

    I would love to post standings for the NPC 3A if I knew where to get them.Can anyone help?If it was a boys sport I could go to our local paper,since it's not I'm lucky if the game scores are posted.

    ^^^^ I feel your pain. Would love to know these EXACT standings also....Lets see..

    Bottom tier has to be.....

    South Rowan, North Iredell, Lake Norman, Statesville, Carson and Mooresville in whatever order./

    Upper tier
    East Rowan, NW Cabbarus, West Iredell, and West Rowan.

    Just wish I knew how far North Iredell was from being IN the Playoffs. They have won 3 games. Just curious where that places them because they have some very winnable games coming up. I guess just play them and then see how they shake out, but it would be VERY NICE to know for certain.

    All 4 of upper tier teams named above can go deep in playoffs, whoever is hot at the right time. Stickwolf, I believe I saw where NPC will send 7 teams, maybe that will help some.
