    Our dd's have great role models in these young women. They were awesome!!! Of course Monica Abbott, Jennie Finch and Cat Osterman had the longest lines at the autograph session after the game. The other players were really able to spend more time with the fans. I especially loved it when the 10U girls in front of me in line asked Laura Berg if she would take pictures with them. She was hugging them, giving them kisses on the cheeks and asking them questions about their team and the positions they played. How often do you get to meet your heroes in person and have them be just exactly what you thought they were? Unforgetable!!!!!!!

    Four years ago when the olympic team played in Charlotte, my kids got in line for Cat's autograph and Jeannie's (one for me, yea!!). During they're stay in line, we were standing up against the fence and Leah D'Amico was right beside of us with noone in her line. She struck up a conversation with us and for the next hour thouroughly kept me and my wife entertained and spent extra time with my 2 when they got done standing in line. By all means if you get a chance to go see them take some time to stop and see some of the "lesser" names they have a wealth of knowledge to share too.
