    It is with deep sadness that this post is made. Kristy, a 14-yr old freshman at Eastern Alamance, a player on their softball team, and a member of the TeamTFS travel softball organization, went home to be with her heavenly Father today after falling ill last weekend and fighting for her life for a week at Duke Hospital. She was a joy to be around and we are all grieving. Your prayers for her mom, dad and brother, all of her softball family, and her many friends will be greatly appreciated. Godspeed Kristy.

    Very Difficult To Say---

    Having a daughter that may have crossed Kristy's path over the past few years, it is very difficult to really express how one might feel or even try to feel the pain that these parents must be going through at this time. Only FAITH and the hope of one day seeing their child again is the only comfort that they may be hanging onto at the moment. We of the Denver Dazzle Organization want the family to know that they are in our prayers and thoughts and Kristy's spirit / athlecticism will be carrried on by the team that she once played for that make the great game of softball for what it is today. If there is anything that the Dazzle Organization can do to help ease the pain, please feel free to contact us !!!

    My prayers are with the family, the team, the school and anyone else whose life has been touched by this wonderful girl. May God help to heal the pain and may the joy she brought to this earth be carried on in her memory.

    May Kristy be held in God's loving embrace now and forever: Lord Jesus, I turn to you with trust.
    May her family be consoled in their grief: Lord Jesus, I turn to you with trust.
    May the friends of Kristy who shared friendship, school and sports together, be consoled and comforted: Lord Jesus, I turn to you with trust.
    Lord Jesus, I entrust Kristy into your hands. Welcome her into heaven. May we know your saving peace. Amen.
