Michael Douglas comes within 2 outs of a no hitter.

Only 3 flyball outs in the game almost everything was a groundout.

RJ Reynolds whip West Forsyth 9-4

Congrats to Coach Welch and the Demons on the victory tonight over the Titans. Titans jump out 4-0 early and seem on cruise control until the 4th. 2 walks, hit, pitching change, 4-1 and the wheels fell off. Hit batter, walk, 3 run double, single, double, pitching change and score 8-4. West never got any closer. Hats off to RJR. Well coached and played well defensively. Sorry about the names for Reynolds but too many to mention who came through for them. West will play at East Forsyth on Thursday and Friday at Mt. Tabor on Friday.

McDowell pitcher Jeremy Freeman was dealing tonight scattering five hits and a run in the complete game victory. Jeremy struck out 10 batters. McDowell as a team is gaining some confidence. The Titans host Burns tomorrow and will travel to East Burke friday.
