    Coaches please take the time to call the local newpaper with game results/highlights!!! Do it for the girls.... (and for the proud parents too!!!)

    Does it have to be the coaches that turn in the scores and stats?

    It's up to the home team to report scores and stats.

    It also depends on your local paper. We have had success without winning but nothing in the paper when submitted. I'll leave it at that with our situation and those that know us, know our situation. Our girls deserve the recognition when they do things well but I guess until we win, there won't be anything in the paper unless the opposing team puts it in and they are significant within the conference and/or ranked.

    in our conference, its the winning teams responsibility or honor, but the local paper prints it only if they have room, and this year, its not happening a lot.
