    The score was 3-1. I think there was a typo in the paper. Chelsea did a great job on the mound.(from former HG pitcher, Brittany Stephens mom)

    The Record didn't have that one quite right

    It looks so much prettier in the paper than it was.

    15K's by Candice absolutely.

    Kelsey had a solid single, stopped at 1st when ball was cleanly fielded by RF. Wait a few seconds to make sure none of the base runners are moving...go to throw it in....and wow....to the Triton dugout fence that ball goes. 2 runs score while the chase is on.

    Sigh... the pain from the broken nose I am dealing with right now is nothing like watching a game where something like that happens.

    ERs bats went dead missing a few scoring opportunities.Sabrina Stephens threw a gem,getting the critical outs when she needed them.ROO ROO!Hats off to West,you ladies played a good ballgame.

    Way to go Lady Warriors, handing Tuscola their first conference lose.

    The last week or so of the MAC is going to be interesting,

    Tuscola 8 - 1 plays TC Roberson twice and 1 more with Enka.

    TC Roberson 8 - 1 plays Tuscola twice and has split with Enka.

    Enka 7 - 2 (I believe) plays Tuscola 1 more time and needs some help.

    The MAC tournament has 3 viable winners instead of the usual 1, nothing personal EnkaMom. :xyxthumbs:

    Bottom of the 6th inning with a score of 0-0; Leslie Hylton hits a triple. Betheny Marlo follows with a single for the RBI. Bases load up with a single by Brittany Crowley followed by a walk. Dana DeSilva loaded up the bases with a successful bunt. Samantha Elliott clears the bases with a GRAND SLAM homer. The 4 added insurance runs gave the 5-0 victory to South. Way to go ladies!

    Great game, McDowell has really improved. Great game pitched by Hasson, Freedom got their bats going tonite. Mcdowell made some good catches, right place right time.
