Very good Mincimi. I swear they should let you have the final unbiased say so in the selections.

The only one I would consider changing is reversing Mickey Brewer and Ryan Stetson. Mickey may be the best '08 in Charlotte and is having an All State year.

 

Nicely done, I agree these guys have really stepped up. Ive enjoyed watching each of them this season.

Not sure I would change a thing on this list!!! How do you do it?

I am particularly impressed with your 2nd team selection for Relief Pitcher (I'm glad someone was paying attention!!). Matt Varnadoe has been brought into the game mostly in very difficult situations and asked to perform against some very good SW4A hitting and has really performed!! I personally felt he should have been in the rotation.

 

I could agree with that.

Just thought that AK, without Stetson's year in the field as well as at the plate is not the champs and that gave him the edge.

Can't believe that I can not find a place for CA Clayton. SS is a tough one in this league.

I guess that I would have to slide CA CLayton in somewhere with a BA of .443 and great glove...maybe he should shift to second base for the purpose of the "All-Star" game...isn't that what they do these days in the Majors when they have too many stars at one position?

I believe there are alot of great players missing on this list. Go by home runs, stolen bases, etc. By the way, for second base it is Hamlin Wade.

 

No problem. Who do you recommend? And what player would they replace?

I believe I would put Andrew Miller from AK at one of the relief positions. His bat has also been very strong this year.
