    I apologize for having AK 5 South Meck 0...was told that by the Butler folks running the gate beside the field....guess they missed the run. Didn't mean to upset anyone...on the other hand, let's recognize the accomplishments of the players that play the game and make sure that the HOME team calls in the score to the Charlotte Observer...win or lose....to call in as many lopsided losses as I have this season is part of the gig, but to win a game we're not supposed to and to have to call it myself a day later is wrong.

    NWC goes up 1-0 and holds for a couple innings.A few breaks and timely hitting allowed ER to score 5 over 2 innings.NWC played an awesome game,Yoeh threw well.ER played hard and never gave up.The defense made the plays they had to and the offense got hits when they were needed.Great game all around,best umps we've had all year.

    Agree Marlin -

    Toni Ann is a phenomenal player and from all that I hear as great a person off the field as a player on.

    I think she will bring great success to NCSU.
