I never minded facing good pitchers back in my day, heck just go up there swingin with good pitchers, because they're going to throw strikes.

The only thing that ever intimidated me was when the catcher threw the ball back to the pitcher harder than anyone on my team could throw it, then I knew we were in trouble...

5 of the 6 NPC teams on the road, whoever set up these brackets really screwed up here. Foard vs Mooresville will feature an intriguing pitching matchup Meadows vs Rothlin who will suit up for the same team next year I believe.

Yeah, I'm not sure how this happens? In basketball this year, the NPC was one of the toughest leagues in the state but yet only one team out the conference got a first round home game and that was NW Cabarrus because they were the # 1 seed. This year, only East Rowan gets a first round home game. It just doesn't make any sense and I know different conferences have seeding priorities over other conferences, but it just doesn'st seem right that if you come in 2nd or 3rd in a 10 team conference, that you should have to go on the road in the first round!? Maybe I'm the only one who has a problem with this, somebody else chime in please.

    Mooresville Hitting

I was told the park that Foard plays in looks like a softball field. 295 to dead center. Look for the Mooresville seniors to hit Rothlin's fast ball much farther than that.

    Go Devils!

Just so you have your info correct, right center and right field is shorter than that, as far as your other statement i guess we will find out about 7pm tonight. I hear tigermom growling already, maybe the boys will read tbr and have a little growl to them tonight.:fire:

Hitters' park makes his pitching stats even more impressive. Don't you think?

It is going to be a tough game. Just put the ball in play and put pressure on the D.
