Leesville and Enloe are 7-5. I believe that Broughton is only 5-7, so I'm not sure why there would need to be another game.

    Fences?

I read the fence was 260 and she hit a bomb 220, are most of these home runs hit and runs or are they over a fence? just curious

Not sure if anyone actually knows how many were in the park versus out of the park. I can say that the in the park ones I have seen would have been out on a regular field.

    Season over...

Our DDs were informed today that Broughton's season is over so Landon's final HS career HR number is 26.

Good luck to Wake Forest Rollesville, Wakefield, Enloe, and Leesville in the playoffs!

Hopefully the NCHSAA will make it mandatory that the 200 ft. fence be in place for all HS softball games in the future. This would make the playing field the same for everone. Landon would have probably hit more than the 26 she hit this year had this been the rule.
