    True, but I don't like the conference foes in the first round. Gotta wonder if it was any other wild card team, would they have pulled it off.

    Not defending Alexander Central. All credit goes to McDowell. They pulled it off!

    Pisgah was as advertised with possibly the best pitcher we have seen all year. Man this girl was on fire! Fast as lightning and only threw one change up, which was to my DD and she caught it on a line back at her. It seemed like the whole town of Pisgah was there cheering for their team. That was great! We have that during football and wrestling, but not softball. Well worth the drive to see a quality team in the first round. I'll post pics sometime later.

    I think Lake Norman did really well against a number 1 seeded team. LKN was the # 5 seed in their Conference.
