    2008 schedule is now listed under thread entitled "2008 Legion Schedules". Would like to also thank Mr.K63, a very devoted supporter of A.L.Brown HS athletics for providing a special section on Kannapolis American Legion baseball, which includes our schedule, history and lots of other valuable current information for players and fans. K63's website is great reading for any sports fan and can be found at www.kannapolisfootball.com . Click on 2008 Kannapolis Legion baseball on left side of home page.

    Opening Game

    tj21 - Did the Saturday opener change to Friday May 16 @ Concord? My son said last night that he had heard this.

    Also where is Concord's home field this year?

    Govols, yes if you will help spread the word especially to the NW boys, we have been trying to get the first game changed, but we just got confirmation this week and luckily we did get the change out to both newspapers,,,, but due to much of our team having a conflict on Sat. May 17, the game at Concord was moved up to Fri.May 16.

    Nothing else on our schedule has changed, home opener still next Tuesday May 20 against South Rowan.

    Bottomline, we are currently off on Sat. May 17 now.
