    Thank you very much for being willing to share the list..........also...I hear some players talking about making verbal commitments to schools while they are still Juniors in high school....is this normal? We have received numerous informations packets from schools, but no "official" visit inquiries.......she plays for a 1A school who, to say the least, doesn't have many strong players, although advanced to the second round of the state playoffs. She could have gotten another perfect game had it not been for an error by an infielder, but did wind up with a shutout.

    many juniors verbally comitt, i even know of some soph's that have comitted and in calif, my friends know of some freshman that have verbally comitted. pro's and con's both ways i guess.

    Official visits.....

    ...cannot be taken by a recruit unless they have completed the NCAA clearinghouse. And a kid can only 5 official visits. Verbal commitments can be made at any age, and unofficial visits can be done at any time. I highly recommend those to all. DON"T ask the coach how much $ the school can give your DD!!!!!! Those issues will work themselves out fairly if in fact the coach is truly interested in your DD. Oh, one more thing, if a DD doesn't show a genuine interest in a coach or program, and thinks that sitting back and waiting on "the" call, NOT GOOD! Coaches want kids to play for them that want to be there as much as the coach wants them there! Good Luck!

    have had two new college programs enter the picture, one in VA, one in SC. both top notch division I schools. both programs are looking for a pitcher/utility player type person. preferably one that can knock the cover off of the ball. money is available for the right player. contact me and i will redirect info.

    highly recommend that all 08 grads not signed and looking for that magical berth in a college program go the the lady blues clinic. most of the coaches, including the two D1 schools, will be attending this clinic and looking for players....

    baseballfanalways, one of these coaches is the one you are referring too....

    Why all the secrecy? Does it benefit the college to not be known? They also have this spring and summer to go to showcases and look for 08 players. Perhaps I am missing something?
