    I will do my best to contact the Region Head Coaches and All-Star coaches today and tonight. Remember, not all Regions have completed try-outs, but I will give some gentle reminders to the others.

    Had the chance to watch an abbreviated practice (rain) of these student athletes yesterday. It is quite impressive to see a group of this caliber work together. Congratulations ladies!!!

    Region 6 Team Selections?

    Noticed that every Region, except for Region 6, has posted their selections, which can be seen on www.ncfastpitch.org Was wondering when the Region 6 selections would be announced?

    Congratulations to all the girls that were selected to play on the Senior teams, as well as the Underclassmen teams.

    They were told they would be notified by this Friday. They had their 2nd tryout this past Saturday.

    You mean some teams had more than one try out to get to know the girls!! Wow the West seniors only had one!!

    I HOPE THIS IS NOT THE CASE. THAT WOULD BE VERY UNFAIR TO ALOT OF DESERVING YOUNG LADIES.

    This is for sure. The 1st two try out were rained out and then the 3rd one we drove all the way up there and it started raining again. So we went back up the following Sunday to try out and that was the only one!
