Random Thoughts

If you feel the need to call someone out and you are going to make sure everyone knows who you are talking about then have the commom decency to stop hiding behind your screen name while you do it.

If you are going to call someone out find another board to do it on.

If you feel the need to constantly tell us how good a kid is try to find another topic of discussion. We get it. We got it. Were tired of it.

I would much rather have someone tell me my son was a polite and respectful young man than a good baseball player. He is going to have to be a man the rest of his life. He doesn't have to play baseball.

If you feel the need to be negative then don't post. This site is about positive experiences and helping others. Its about sharing and helping not griping and tearing others down.

I do not want you to tell me how good your son is everytime I see you at the ballpark. I would much rather tell you how good he is myself.

Please don't say it to me. "He is not that good." You never make yourself look better or your son by trying to tear others down. I will keep my opinion to myself and share it with those I trust that matter. What you say about other people speaks more about you than them.

If you think you have arrived , you have. Your as good as your ever going to be.

If its just about your kid to you then don't be surprised when it ends up being just being about him to him.

If you want your son to be a good team mate then start acting like one yourself.

If you want people to say nice things about your kid stop talking him up to everyone and they won't be sick of him because of you.

If you want your kid to relax and have fun playing the game then relax and have fun watching the game.

Treat other peoples kids the way you would want them to treat yours. They all deserve at least that much in return.

How about printing some cards up with those thoughts? i would like to go ahead and put my order in for about 1000 to hand out at HS and showcase games to some parents and fans.

If you are going to call someone out find another board to do it on.
What if they do not go to another board or they have another name would be hard to find them?

I though that was the propose of this board. To promote hs players? Or would you like it to be extended to teams also?

#1- Thats the whole point PD. But see #5 anyway.
#2- They need to go to another board and then it won't matter here.
#3- Promoting players. Not promoting a "Player".
#4- Being negative and using negative experiences as a way to be positive are two different things.
#5- You confused me on that one but thats nothing new.
