I think with the situation 2 runs in, bases loaded, 1 out you have a very good chance of blowing the game wide open in the first inning. Why would you want to bring in White? I think it sits up very well for UNC to have there ace rested for Saturday.

    this angle

LSU is touted as the "comeback" team of the year. I think like way over 50% of their wins this season have been come from behind.

    Something to think about.

and LSU has already seen White's stuff so a different look in Harvey could be to the Heel's advantage. I say stick with Harvey.

LSU will score at least 5 runs......they have good bats and seem to love the energy of elimination games.

I would stick with Harvey, but keep him on a short....very short....leash. LSU can put 'em on the board quickly when they get "it" going.

    Final Score prediction:
    Carolina 8 LSU 6

    Any other guesses?

This may be true, but you also must win the next three games to reach the championship series, not just this one. Play the odds and try to hold White another day, but keep him ready if things get iffy.
