There is a fine line between steering clear of controversy and getting involved when change is needed and standing tall for what you believe in. Change takes courage. The issue is having the knowledge to know when it is needed. If everyone avoided all controversy I guess we would still be believing the world is flat.

Sounds like a tough situation. Here's hoping everyone involved makes the correct decision.
