    Haha thanks a lot Coach!! Its gonna be a big adjustment but I think that i'll be ok. I'll be so fired up to coach on Fridays that RM won't cross my mind. We still need another Coach if your available haha!!

    Greenville 13's have battled back again just tied it up with Va. in the top of the 7th. Going to top of 8 tied 7-7. Winner goes to Jamestown NY for world series.

    Greenville 13's punch a ticket to NY for Babe Ruth World Series. They got a 2out bases clearing double in the top of the 8th to take a 10-7 win over Va. Great job by the guys and staff winning 5 straight in the losers bracket since Sunday.

    Stretchy I will admit that Coach Ward, Coach Diggs, and myself were as embarrassed about that 2 and que performance as anyone. But it does make it a little easier to know that we lost to the best team in the Southeast!!

    Here we go there we went 2 and mildew!

    Stretchy one more thing....i guess the reason we were so bad is that the only players we had were former Stretchlon Stars. They were just another group of boys that went through the Stretchlon program never practicing just playing games and playing in tourneys such as the Knightdale and Lizard Lick Invitaionals.

    The next tournament in Wendell will be held September 21st, 2008. The event will start at 10:00 am Eastern Hick Time at Bubba Bucky Ballfield.

    While you're here, be sure to check out the "Stretchlon Studs". Winners of this event for the last 10 years in a row. Marc Saratogy will be inducted into this years Grand Ole Hall of Fabulous Stars on Saturday night at the barn.
