My daughter just found this site and she really wants to sign up for fall/09. Is it too late?

She will be a Sophomore this year, has played fast-pitch for the past 3 years. She's a heavy hitter, has played left field mostly in the past year, but has played 2nd several times as well. Great attitude, team spirit, always pulls the team together and encourages the other ladies no matter what.

Are there any teams convenient to the Reidsville/Eden/Greensboro areas of NC, or Southern VA (Danville, Martinsville, etc)? I can't seem to find any...

Thanks in advance for any assistance!

    ok......

    ...I'll add:
    1. PM ShotM.....this guy coaches highschool up that way and is VERY well respected.
    2. The Triangle Lightning home is roughly 10 miles east of Raleigh, but they have kids, or have had kids from as far away as Danville, Va.
    3. Coach Alvin with the Randolph Rage is a mainstay in the fastpitch community. If Alvin isn't coaching, he'll still KNOW whats up.
    4. Jackie Day, NC Dominators, is a good person to contact.
    5. Andy Stewart, NC Challengers.
    6. Over towards Greensboro west, you've got the Lady Lightning, always playing in the highest level tourn.

Good Luck, PM me if you need my cell # and I'll help if I can.
Trust this, if your DD wants to play, theres CERTAINLY a team for her.

    Fastpitch is awesome, Marlin.

Yes Triangle Lightning is on the other side of Raleigh. Brittany Arn and Emily Atkinson plays for them out of Danville VA but the Cardinals are definately closer, give Mike a call.
