    Been to a tournament in Taylorsville once. Nice complex. Friendly people. Good softball. Way to far to drive to find anything (Hotel, Fast Food, even a Wal-Mart).

    Yeah...they really are great people. Some of them might take their baseball a bit too seriously, but they should know I was very active in trying to help them find an outstanding coach for their program.

    Actually, I love the supporters of Alexander Central.

    There is a funny story (at least to me) that got some of the people riled up in Taylorsville towards me. They didn't know the background story, so they threatened me with all kinds of stuff. When many of them found out later the story......they laughed and were a bit embarrassed.

    I know we have gotten off topic, so I'm going to move these posts over to another thread (TBR Gathering) to clean up this thread.
