    Carolina Comets 16u Holding Tryouts

    The Carolina Comets is building a 16u team that will play a few tournaments in the fall of 2008 and a full schedule in 2009. In 2009 the Carolina Comets 16u will be playing in ASA and NSA tournaments while participating in some college showcase tournaments. Carolina Comets is located in the Mooresville/Lake Norman / and Statesville area.
    We will be holding tryouts on Saturday Sept. 6 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Tryouts will be held at Lake Norman High School . Pls. contact Coach Ashley @ 704-650-7966 or email @ [email protected].

    The Carolina Comets is building a 16u team that will play a few tournaments in the fall of 2008 and a full schedule in 2009. In 2009 the Carolina Comets 16u will be playing in ASA and NSA tournaments while participating in some college showcase tournaments. Carolina Comets is located in the Mooresville/Lake Norman/ and Statesville area.
    Due to expected weather conditions this weekend, tryouts are rescheduled to Sunday Sept. 14 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Tryouts will be held at North Main in Mooresville. Pls. contact Coach Ashley @ 704-650-7966 or email @ [email protected].

    16u Fuquay Bombs Looking...

    for quality players to fill the remaining 2 places on our roster:

    1) Quality pitcher - Pitcher with good speed, and several junk pitches, will be given priority. Added bonus if you are able to play another position and carry a strong bat!
    2) Utility player - Player that plays multiple positions, with the exception of catcher and pitcher. MUST be able to play outfield, as well as infield positions. Lefty slapper or right handed speed demon will be given priority.

    The Bombs will be playing 8 more tournaments this fall, including 2 tournaments in Myrtle Beach (NSA's Shootout and WFC's Battle at the Beach). In Spring 2008, will play 16u through ASA States and 1 National Tournament, then will move to 18u, concentrating on showcasing.

    The carolina bombs are a different organization.We are the original Bombs from "FUQUAY VARINA". WE ARE PART OF THE FVAA.The carolina bombs are not a part of our organization!

    Nope. There is a team called the Carolina Bombs, on which a friend on this board's daughter plays. :)

    The Fuquay Bombs are still around, going strong with multiple age divisions from 8U to the 16u :)

    High Point Heat 18U Tryout

    The High Point Heat 18U will be holding their tryouts for the 2009 season on Saturday, September 20th at 10:00am. We are looking for 2010, 2011 and 2012's who are capable of playing at this level and interested in showcasing their talent to college coaches.

    Pitcher Needed

    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]the Lady HeartBreakers 14U team is looking for 1 more dedicated pitcher. We are playing mostly ASA due to 1 it being somewhat close to home and 2 financially.

    We are a new 14U team just started this fall. If you are looking for a team that has spunk, dertermination, and the will to win but also willing to work hard for it then this is your team. We will be holding open tryouts Thursday the 11th and Saturday the 13th.

    8/U, 12/U, and 16U

    the Lady HeartBreakers organization is looking for players to add to their rosters for the 8/U, 12/U, and 16/U teams.

    the 8/U and 16/U will be start-up teams while the 12/U is a team that is moving up from 10U.

    If you are interested in quality playing time as well as dedication to fundamentals than come take a look at our organization. Contact me if you are interested in an of the above mentioned teams.
