    Brett Austin is the real deal!! Switch hitting OF/1B/C. Smooth swing from both sides. Can really drive the ball out of the yard on command from the left side. This kid can flat out play. Wouldn't be surprised to see a lot of D1 programs looking forward to this kid getting older.

    Aarron Attaway- mif, R/R, solid all-round, great competitor
    Dakota Speis- P/IF, R/L, Violent hitter, great competitor
    Chris Fine- C/OF/, R/R, total package, great pop time, leader, great student

    others that are progressing nicely:
    Trevor Tallent: could be the best of the lot if he can stay healthy
    Eli Lawson- Good pitching prospect,
    Matt Baker- solid player
    Ryan Grady- really coming on as a pitcher
    Lane Mooney- versitile hardnosed player with huge desire

    For the record Hobbs is at Rocky Mount High school this year not RMA.

    Heath Rogerson, P, Williamston. Only walked about 8 batters pitching for varsity as a sophomore. Knee buckling change-up. Great pitcher with great control. Won All-area Pitcher of the Year last year!
