nascarman what is your opionion about this?
Is there a conspiracy by the refs?
If so is it coming from the state or local?
Have the same set of refs called all the ACR games?

There has been a different crew every week.Last year there was a holding call in ACR's first game vs Asheville and not another one until the last 10th game vs Watauga. When the playoffs start the refs seem to call it but these are refs from out of our area. ACR's defense is very fast and aggressive and blitzes alot which is all a recipe for many holding calls (usually slower and weaker players have to hold). Opposing teams hold it is clear from both film and from the stands but for whatever reason it is never called.ACR's opponents have thrown 132 passes vs the rockets (this doesn't include many sacks on attempted passes) without a holding call (the lone holding call in the first game was on a running play). All in all ACR's opponents have run 325 plays from scrimmage not to mention kickoff and punt returns and it simply defies logic. I don't know about you but any team not just ACR who has played over 6 football games should have more that 1 called vs their opponents.
ACR plays at Freedom friday night and I'll say ZERO offensive hiolding calls in that game.

Think again, there were about three or four holding calls in the McDowell-Freedom game.

He's saying that the OLine of the opposing team is not called for holding on ACRs defense.

Its hard to argue with his points.....we know that holding happens on every play, but why has only 1 team been called for holding on ACR since last year?
