    Ok...my son LAUGHED at me when I asked him if he knew that Babe Ruth used a 54 ounce bat. He really did! He said "mom..he used a 42 ounce bat. Go check it out online. That's what I have always been told." I was glad he actually corrected me... this is what I found out from some fast facts that I researched! How dare you!!!

    Batted: Left (used a custom built Louisville Slugger model R-43. The bat was 36" 42 oz.)

    Still pretty big, but not quite 54 ounces.

    It depended how many drinks, hot dogs and how bad his hangover was if he was going to use that lighter bat (42oz.)

    I always heard he used a 42oz bat also, but they may have been referring to his waist

    Hells yeah! I ain't never had been done permoted afore! What does that entail??? Do I have to take a test??? (I stink at tests) :juggle2:

    Umm..no. You must be thinking of TBS when Ted Turner was there. The only couch me and dbacks know are the one's on his front porch.
