Good lord..that is more than most private colleges. I hope it comes with a leased Mercedes during the school year. $37,000 to go to high school? Unbelievable!!!!!

If my understanding is correct...no students or families pay anything. It is all scholarship based. I guess it is estimated that the cost is 37,000.00 a year, but if you are accepted...you pay nothing. If it's worth that, I guess the average family is getting a pretty good deal. :pleased:

Yes, each athlete selected is granted a $37,000.00 scholarship. Nothing is paid by the families, other than the school uniforms. It seems pretty expensive, but, in the grand scheme of things and considering the trainers, coaches and staff, it sounds like a bargain for a college prep school. I am sure with it being the first year they need to get some kinks worked out. Anyone no anything about the players?

I have to go back and read this thread again (from the beginning) because I am totally confused. Is everyone free that attends? Who is actually financing the school and tuition?

So, if everyone attends is on a 100% scholarship...wow, talking about the pressure to perform!

Yes...everyone who attends is free. I haven't checked their website lately, but it did have how they are funded. If you can't find it, let me know, and I'll look for some old newspaper articles that explained it.

Does anyone know what they are doing about housing athletes that are from other areas? I know baseball is mainly local, but there are basketball players who are not.

Only 3 seniors on the baseball team, none on the bashetball team and 2 on the golf team. But I know the baseball team is good. The baseball captains are great ball players and good guys off the field too.

The basketball players from over seas have gone back. Something to do with their visas.
