    Sad Time

In my job I deal with this daily and it never gets any easier having to deal with a family of such a "good and positive" person leaving when others are left here. Just remember the one in control knows what is best even when we can not see or understand it. I will pray for peace for this family as they deal the loss of this person.

Donald Moody played 3 years for me. A coach couldn't have asked for any finer person to be around. A great family and family man. He was a leader on and off the field and respected by all. I know he was looking forward to the next 2 years he told me, as he had a young talented team that was coming of age. He was always positive and always had something good to say with a smile or a laugh. The baseball community lost a good one last night.

This brought tears to my eyes reading the things you all wrote about my cousin, Donald Moody. sorry if this is considerd spaming the boards but I just had to register to the forum to say thank you all for caring enough to even respond to a thread like this. Donald is my cousin, I am not just joking arround he is, me and Donald are the only Grandsons, He could light up a room just walking in. He stayed with me and my family when he was attending St. Aug, he was always laughing and making you laugh, i guess it runs in the family because my other cousin at the funeral told me that he just passed the torch to me. I am asking that you all please Pray for his mother (my aunt) Diana and Father Donald "Donnie" Moody and His wife Christa "Chris" and His children Alexus and Devin. Thank you again

Travis...I am glad that you registered to post. I am sorry for the loss that your entire family has had, but am thankful for the wonderful impact that your cousin obviously had on so many. Because of the lives he touched and the positive impact he had, he will live on in you (and many others I'm sure) and continue to make a difference.

Praying for Diana, Donnie, Chris, Alexus, and Devin.

I hate hearing about situations like this. I always wonder why. Then I realize that while my problems seem so large they really are not. My prayers go out to his family.
