She coached extremely well during the game. I think she may do a very good job. As far as this game, if we play like that in every other game Alexander will get their first wins in conference

 

McDowell has only two seniors- Molly Brooks and Kristen Maney

 

Way to show heart ladies!! The watauga girls really gave us something to be proud of lastnight with their very tuff performance against the Patriots. Watauga held close with Freedom for about the first three quarters of the game and just came undone in the 4th. As the late great Tim Tebow of the Florida Gators put it, "you have never seen any player in the entire country play as hard as I will play the rest of the season, and you will never see someone push the rest of the team as hard as I will push everybody the rest of the season, and you will never see a team play harder than we will the rest of the season, God Bless." This just sums up the mentatlity that these young women have and it's that same mentality that will lead to a state championship. To all the Watauga women out there, don't get discouraged. Just keep working hard at practcice and trust your coaches. Take care, and god bless.

I didnt know Tim Tebow was dead.From what I have seen in the box score.Freedom outscored Watauga in every quarter but one.I wouldnt be making bold statements on beating mcdowell.

 

This person is just trying to be funny. The only thing Watauga won was the opening tip.

Hey we all know Watagua is not going to have a realistic shot at the title , maybe not even the playoffs . The thing is there is finally someone praising and complimenting the ladies , even if they are a bit delusional at least they are positive! So let them say what they want and just remember we all are behind our respective teams and don't knock them even if they say things that are crazy.

 

I think it is great someone is praising their team instead of bashing them even if they do have some unrealistic expectations

 

Good point. I'm glad we don't have any McDowell coaches or School Administrators on here bashing opposing teams like some of the other schools do.

 

I don't know but am guessing had McDowell or FHS had fans posting they were going to win the State Championship---they would have gotten much more questioning than a guy who obviously is dilusional. if u post something absurd you should expect comments/ opinions.
