Honestly- I'm still amazed EB beat McDowell, but they have this knack for staying in Games and not getting put away.
FHS had that opportunity being up 21 in the 3rd but a couple of treys helped EB hang around the comfort zone- Ford was in foul trouble most of the game-(I think 3 in1st Q) btw- I found out she was in Emergency room for head injury the night before game and was cleared just before gametime to even play!)

Obviously EB has matchup problems with FHS, they have No one to guard Ford and Conelly and their press was only effective when Ford sat.
EB has all their tough games on the road this round (ACR,SC,MCD,FHS) so it will be interesting to see if they can Hang in there.
FHS is now in a situation to Have to run the Table from here out- but those same 4 games for them are ALL at home.
I doubt FHS is happy at 4-2 but I'd think EB is estatic there. IMO

i wasnt going 2 release the info about ford but since u brought it up---she SHOULD NOT HAVE PLAYED this game against e.b. IMO.she spent hours in the e.r. n was having trouble seeing on game day.its evident she had a CONCUSSION but the fireball she is she wasnt going 2 miss the game against e.b.. . .hopefully they really released her 2 play n she didnt go against other orders but either way she gutted it out n guided the lady pats 2 victory!without ali beating e.b. full court press with ease im not sure the lady pats win(they sure seem 2 have serious trouble when she doesnt bring the ball up). . . .

I am glad Ali is alright, but sounds like the Coach does not have any confidence in the rest of the team. Ali (POY 2009 - no contest) is a great player, but her health should be the coaches first concern not winning a ball game. Even with a doctor's release, she should have rested. Does anyone ever give Connelly credit for her role on the team?

    Exactly

That is exactly what I am saying!! She is a great basketball player!! My point is all you hear about is Ali Ford when it comes to Freedom, I just feel like she does not get the credit she deserves. I'm not trying to be argumentative!! LOL

Connely scored 16 against McDowell which was equal to McDowell highest scorer,Ward. Ali had an off game{mainly due to the great defense of McDowell} with only 11 and McDowell wins. Just saying.
