    huss now 4-0 (1-0 in conference)

    wp - taylor grigg (4-0) 11 k's with 2 walks (48k's for season)

    ugly game as huss gave up 4 unearned runs yet we had 21 hits in this game stranding 9 on base. we did have four consecutive doubles in this game

    jordan taylor went 5-5
    morgan sale went 2-3 with 2 walks

    on to charlotte catholic wednesday with south point friday

    Freedom -8

    AC Reynolds -3

    Reynolds scored 2 runs in the 3rd and another in the 4th to lead 3-0 then Freedom settled down and went to work. Freedom got 8 runs in the 6th sending 13 batters to the plate. Reynolds has some strong bats and a good pitcher. A Ford and J Conley made some great plays Hasson worked out of a jam after a couple of questionable calls. Several Freedom players got rbi's. Freedom held on for the 1st conf win.

    Bandys Taylor Sigmon (Freshman) pitched very well in losing. Saint was leading 1-0 going to the 7th, Bandys had a couple of errors that helped Saint score 3 more runs. Julia Wakefield pitched very well also.
