    We coaches of The Catawba Valley Storm 12U want to praise our kids for a second place finish in the "NSA Spring Fling" in Statesville,N.C. this past weekend,and to congratulate a well coached Alexander Central Team with great athletes on their first place victory. We have 5 starters on our team that have never played together until the last tournament a couple of weeks ago, but have managed to gell nicely over the past couple of months at indoor workouts. We want to thank our parents,and other supporters for their patience as we try to get the kids to the next level !!

    I also congratulate coach Sports and the Alexander Blue on there win. I am also very proud of the Storm on winning second. These girls played great. Loved the GURU doing the robot with the girls, a little ugly, but funny to say the least. Great job coaches!!!!!!!!!

    Congrats!!! :] yay for CV Storm. I hear they are doing great this year and I got to see them play one weekend. They have heck of coaches :] Porkchop or should I say Puji [hahaha] and Guru. Gluck in the future and Im sure I'll see ya'll around.

    Correct me if i'm wrong. They were 1st & 2nd in the 12u B Division. Who won in the 12u A division?

    Charlotte Blaze Black won the 12u "A" division, with GBC taking second.

    Funny how the folks that "win" the B Division very rarely offer that designation while they are promoting their accomplishment to the world.

    Seems petty, I guess, but it does matter......particularly to the team that actually wins the A bracket! Congrats Blaze!

    Congrats to all the winners!

    It is a big deal to both teams that win the A and the B bracket. These are kids playing a game.....We should support them all.
