    Harkey with 1 hit and Timber Davenport the other. A lax moment in the second inning, led to the only two runs White would need. First time I have seen C. White pitch, definately the real deal. Dominant.

    Will do! SV had a good game today also! Liz pitched first 4 or 5 innings, our score was 8-1, then Sara took mound and we finished at 12-1. They both pitched well. Best part was my Dad got to watch today's game! He loves them both!

    This was a much better game after the 2nd Inning when Freedom settled down. Errors cost Freedom tonight. A good freshman pitcher for Alexander. Freedom left 7 on base, dont remember how many Alexander left on base. Looked at the offical book and it showed that only 2 of the Alexander runs were earned. Good ball team not taking anything away from them.

    Porter Ridge played a great game today, congrats to Lael Rorie. She has this team playing good ball right now. Freshman Alexis Davis gave up 4 hits w/ 10 k's. She went 3-4 w/ 2 doubles,single along with 3 rbi's. Kayla Dresser had a BIG game offensively with BACK to BACK 2run homers, finishing the night with 4 rbi's.Haley Seacrest also was 3-4.Keep up the hard work looks like the Pirates are in 1st in the South Piedmont Conf.

    Winning Pitcher - Freshman Kristin Durant (Boomer)
    Pitched a great game against the Mavericks, and had great defense behind her. Kristin had 8 strike outs, giving up 6 six hits, 1 being a Home Run, only earned run for the Mavericks. Concord's Kasey Shue (1st career Home Run and Carly Bodder's Home Run added to boost Concord's Victory, Carly Bodder, Shannon Arthur and Kasey Shue had two hits,
    freshman Caitlin Steele hit a 2 run triple along with Caitlin Steele steeling home, (not on a past ball).
