This was a good game, Freedom gave up 3 hits and it seem that they could only hit the ball to the infieldat times but did have some deep shots that were caught, Jasmine Conley got a triple with one out in the top of the 9th and then Brooke Ellis got the rbi single. Freedom left 7 on base Freedom 5 hits, don't know about McDowell.

Freedom's Hasson 11-k's on the night
    McDowell's Penley 3- k's on the night

I missed tonight's softball game...I was told we had the bases on loaded on at least one occasion tonight and didn't come through.

    Laney Beats Hoggard

Laney beat Hoggard 3-2 tonight. The game went 8 innings and was continued tonight after being called in the 6th inning on Friday due to light failure.

yes McDowell did load the bases in the bottom of the 7th with one out, Hasson struck out the next 2 batters and ended the surge. It was a good game. McDowell has improved, Freedom is solid as usual but their bats were not there as they usually are. Pendley is a good pitcher and Hasson really showed what she has last night. The next matchup should be good too.
