    i follow mostly 3a.....so i think eastern wayne should be #1 and rocky mount #2 so good job of that. lake norman is new to the poll not to many people know a whole lot about them. East Rowan lost their streak of unbeaten in conference but still a great squad. i dont know anything bout triton. Of course ragsdale is a power house thats a team you hear alot about on here. 3a will be up for grabs this year. so many teams can beat one another on any given night.....

    Pinecrest 10-1, 6-1 in Mid-Southeastern Conference!

    Pinecrest is 10-1 overall. Their only loss was to Richmond, 2-0.

    Their guys have thrown 3 no-hitters in the last week:
    Taylor MacDonald (against 71st)
    Andrew MacDonald (against Jack Britt)
    Dillon Maples/Joe Herbert (against Westover)

    Taylor & Andrew are brothers!

    Impact's 3A Poll Looks Good!

    I've seen both Eastern Wayne & Rocky Mount play this year, & based on what I saw I would have to give Rocky Mount the slight edge. Rocky Mount's pitching has the advantage. Eastern Wayne may have a better hitting team 1 thru 9. They're both excellent teams! It would be a good match-up, that's for sure!

    Marvin Ridge (9-1) (8-0)

    If a team with that record is not in the poll then I really would have to consider any poll questionable at best......no matter what conference a team plays in.

    Rocky Mount plays Riverside in a double header Saturday. This should be a good test for RM. Also, Eastern Wayne is at JH Rose today.

    Just intresting how Ragsdale is coming in lower than I would have thought them. They have been playing well. And what I have seen as far as scores and innings won in. Not sure how their games stack up against the others. Glenn is a little surpise. Not in a bad way just a little surpised. Of course one would have to be looking at the same info as the poll. Guess when you are looking at the last few things get a little closer. Just a hummmmm.... thats all nothing more.

    No, that bunch straightened out. New ones are 6 and 0 on tbr, but 6 and 6 by HDR.:whoopass:

    i'd have to have richmond county in the top 10. wins over pinecrest and providence ain't bad.

    tj21, I guess this is where we find out whether Carson is a top 10 team or not. Also, we find out who is the 3rd best team in the North Piedmont Conference.
