    NEW 6 will be stronger in baseball: Wilson Hunt replacing SW Edgecombe!

    Conference 5 (3A) is going to be a strong baseball conference: Triton, S. Wayne, E.Wayne, North Lenoir, South Johnston, & C.B. Aycock.

    Lake Norman & Mooresville moving up to 4A!

    Greenville Rose joining the Wilmington schools. (Alot of travel: I feel for the players & parents)

    Yeah, this one is nuts. Rose players will be getting home after 12:00 some nights

    Dang, I believe MPHS can compete in baseball, but we will be behind in all the other sports. This is an all Cabarrus Cnty conference. Good idea, but the school board dropped the ball when it came to enrollment numbers. First said one thing that equalled the numbers for all schools, formed the conference and then changed their minds and left us as the lowest enrollment by several hundred students. I am amazed by some of the "LEADERS" we have elected!
